FESTIVAL ENQUIRY
PARKING
Parking is FREE in allocated car parks and on the camping site. There is a large car park in front of the clubhouse for day visitors and another one next to the camping site.
You can park your car next to the tent but if you do so, please be aware that for the safety reasons you will not be able to move your car until the end of the Festival.
We recommend that you keep your car locked when unattended.
CAMPING
A large protected area on the grounds is allocated for camping. It will be available for setup from 5pm on Friday, and the site will close at 5pm on Monday. There is no restriction on number of tents or tent sizes. However, as a safety requirement the total number of campers for each team should be indicated on the entry form.
Camping fee is a flat rate of £30 per team (up to 7 players) payable in advance or during registration. For everyone else who camp during the weekend, including non-playing friends and family, a rate of £5 per person for the whole weekend applies. Children u14 are free.
Toilets and showers are located in a separate block next to the campsite. Additional toilet facilities available in the main clubhouse.
BBQ are allowed provided there is no open fire directly on the grass. PLEASE observe this requirement as a penalty for the fire damage to the grass might be levied by administration.
Skip for rubbish will be provided.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed.
We recommend that you lock valuables in your car when away from the tent for long periods to play or to the evening social. Organisers will not be held responsible for missing property that was left unattended at the camp.
FACILITIES
Imber Court Club main clubhouse has several fully licenced bars offering a wide range of drinks and snacks, large SkySport screens and rooms for entertainment.
There is a children’s playground close to volleyball courts.
An indoor swimming pool is available for general swim from 3-5pm for additional charge of £4 .
CATERING
On-site catering is provided by the Metropol Café in the main clubhouse. All food is freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Cafe will serve breakfast every day, hot lunch menu till 4pm on Saturday and Sunday and sandwiches and snacks on Monday.
Tesco ( East and West Molesey) and Waitrose (Esher) are close by.
BP petrol station with M&S is less than 5 minutes drive.
There is a choice of restaurants in East Molesey from 3 minutes drive and take-aways that will deliver to the site.
